![]() HOWEVER, I don’t see him hunting them down forever. Jace Turner, on the other hand, seems relentless in his mission to stop mutants. Her motives are anyone’s guess… but that was a great plot twist. Or she may be attempting to speed up the human resistance so she can grow an angry mutant army herself. Reeva Paige being in league with Benedict Ryan likely comes down to some sort of blackmail she has on him. She really could end up being one of the more violent mutants in the future of the show. Updates on strike delayed TV shows: ABC, CBS, The CW, FOX, and NBC.Bob’s Burgers: The Pickleorette is an episode for sisters. Is there a new episode of Kitchen Nightmares on tonight? (October 23).Bob’s Burgers: Running Down a Gene is a fun musical moment. Is there an episode of Kitchen Nightmares on tonight?.She is going down the path Andy took in researching the Von Strucker family history, and she is strengthening her powers seemingly every episode. In the long term, Lauren Strucker is becoming the most interesting drawn out story. This means she will be returning to The Underground… or so it seems. Lorna actually seems to want to stop Reeva, who she sees as being too ambitious and violent. Perhaps the greatest element of all of this, for the immediate future of the show, is Lorna and Marcos’ relationship. The short version? Lauren is going crazy (getting extremely powerful), Lorna and Marcos “made out” and are back together it seems, Jace Turner keeps getting deeper down the rabbit hole of the hate group The Purifiers, and Reeva Payge is somehow working with Benedict Ryan. Recaps aren’t my strength (nor my job… hehe), so if you need a refresher on last week’s episode, head on over to John Dotson’s awesome review for Hidden Remote, you can check it out here. Here are a few ideas as to where the future of the show might be headed, along with your streaming info for watching episode 12. The show seemed dead-set on a certain trajectory - a mutant clash - but now? Things are getting complicated. So much happened last week on The Gifted. This week? Here are a few speculations as well as the streaming info for watching episode 12! Jace has done so many horrible things to so many horrible people, but you can’t even have the satisfaction of killing him for it because that’s all he’s wanted all along.By Ryan Mekkes 4 years ago Last week on The Gifted, we finally saw Marcos and Lorna get back together. This show is so good at pulling the rug out from under you and making it hard to cheer for revenge, violence, or easy answers. That’s what he’s wanted all along, you see - to see his daughter again. I’ve waited a long time for this catharsis, but of course, a bloody Jace has to ruin it by begging John to kill him. He jumps off a wall, tackles Jace to the ground, and just starts pummeling his face. That leaves the two J’s, and one handgun isn’t enough to slow down John at this point. A few punches charge up Erg’s eye enough to blast all of Jace Turner’s minions into unconsciousness. The Purifiers already know not to attack Erg directly, so John does it for them. Erg shows up, and the two put aside their differences long enough to absolutely wreck these fascists. Luckily, he’s not the only one who’s been hurt by the Purifiers. Eventually, Jace takes a few blows and has to go into hiding.
